Social Distancing Delays and Information

We wanted to let everyone know that Kraken will still be processing and packing orders for delivery in as safe and responsible a way as possible. In an effort to get everyone their orders in the most responsible fashion we will be making some changes to the way orders are packed. We are taking these precautionary measures to ensure the minimum handling of your dice. All orders will still come with bags, charms, and stickers, however we will no longer be placing dice sets into velvet bags, or attaching the charms to the velvet bags included in with your dice sets. We will also not be sending dice in boxes, instead packaging directly into the mailer.

The majority of staff have been given two weeks paid break to ensure their ability to quickly return to work, without the hassles of unemployment filing, when this social distancing period is ended. We have spent the weekend taking supplies and equipment home to allow us to continue to fill and pack orders, while observing social distancing safety measures.

This will also impact the planned release for the glow i the dark set that was planned for Thursday, March 26th. While no final determination has been made on how the release will take place, it is likely to be delayed, or at the least modified so that only the single release set will be available. Because of this expected change we have elected to leave our current Warehouse sale active through Wednesday, March 25th.

We will continue working hard to get everyone their orders as soon as reasonably feasible, but this does mean you may experience some shipping delays as we process your orders. We do apologize for the inconvenience and do very much appreciate your support and understanding as we work through this unexpected adjustment to our processes.
